1. Overview & Commitment
At Valensas Teknoloji Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Valensas", "we", "our"), we respect your personal privacy. Pişti Klasik is built with a privacy-by-design architecture. We do not harvest, monetize, or profile personal information.
2. Information Collection & Usage
- No User Account Required: You do not need to register with an email address or password to enjoy the game. You can play as a guest or connect seamlessly via Apple Game Center.
- Anonymous Game Statistics: Total games played, win rate, and Pişti counts are saved locally on your device via standard Apple
UserDefaults. If Game Center is active, high scores are transmitted directly to Apple Game Center under Apple's standard privacy policies.
- Push-to-Talk Voice Chat: In-game walkie-talkie audio packets are transferred directly between peer devices via Apple's local
MultipeerConnectivity framework (Bluetooth and local Wi-Fi). No audio data is ever transmitted to, processed by, or stored on Valensas servers.
- Push Notifications: Local notifications for daily tournaments and reminders are generated entirely on your device. Remote notifications adhere strictly to Apple Push Notification service (APNs) guidelines.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising
- Apple GameKit & StoreKit: Handled securely by Apple iOS operating system frameworks.
- Google AdMob: We utilize Google Mobile Ads to serve compliant banner advertisements. We do not track users across other companies' apps or websites (No Tracking). For more details, consult Google's Privacy & Terms.
4. Children’s Privacy (COPPA & GDPR)
Pişti Klasik is a traditional card game suitable for general audiences of all ages (4+). We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13 years of age.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Since your game data resides locally on your device, deleting the application from your iPhone or iPad permanently removes all local match statistics. You may also reset your stats at any time within the in-game Settings menu.
